Objectives: This 4 Step Rapid Problem Solving – Skill Level 2: Understanding course will give you a deeper Understanding about the Rapid Problem Solving (RPS) method. By completing a Non-Manufacturing based Case Study you will gain practical experience of applying the method and summarsing your results on to an RPS Quadrant Chart. You will then be able to compare your findings with those of a solution provided duing the course. This will allow you to compare and contrast and confirm your Understanding of the approach.
Duration: 4 hours of self-paced learning where you will complete “teach & try out” sessions on our online platform.
Content: This online course is interactive and contains 12 Teach Point videos, RPS Learning Exercise Case Study and Quadrant Chart, a Final Learning Confirmation and a Certificate of Completion.
